Job Description

Oversee on boarding and orientation programs to ensure seamless integration of new hires. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement the L&D strategy in alignment with business objectives. Conduct training needs assessments (TNA) to identify skill gaps and prioritize development areas. Training Program Design & Delivery: Create, customize, and deliver training programs, including technical, behavioral, and leadership development. Evaluate and select suitable external training vendors or partners where necessary. Learning Tools & Technologies: Manage e-learning platforms and other digital tools to ensure accessibility and effectiveness. Stay updated with L&D trends and incorporate innovative learning methods like gamification, micro learning, and virtual training. Employee Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning through coaching, mentoring, and career development frameworks. Oversee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure seamless integration of new hires. Evaluation & ROI: Measure the impact of training programs on employee performance and organizational outcomes. Generate reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for L&D initiatives. Collaboration & Communication: Partner with department heads to align training programs with team-specific goals. Ensure consistent communication and engagement with employees regarding development opportunities.
