Job Description

The Incumbent shall be responsible for the planning, managing, direction, coordination, implementation, executive, control and completion of the project/work assigned by the Management. The scope of work which includes budgeting, staffing, pricing and timeliness of completion, selects, negotiates, and manages third party vendor technicians. Reviews and designs CCTV and/or alarm systems. Executes the scope of work which entails tracking and communicating progress. CCTV System Management: Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of CCTV cameras, recording equipment, and related hardware and software. Ensure that all CCTV systems are functioning correctly and are regularly updated and maintained. Team Supervision: Lead and manage a team of CCTV operators and technicians, providing training, support, and performance evaluations. Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the CCTV team. Surveillance Operations: Monitor surveillance footage to identify and respond to security incidents, suspicious activities, and safety hazards.
