Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage accounts payable, ensuring timely payment to vendors and maintaining accurate records.
Oversee financial accounting, including general ledger accounting, petty cash management, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare budgets, manage costs, and perform cost control analysis to ensure efficient site operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to finance and accounting and coordinating the same with the corporate office on timely basis.
Provide support in preparing financial reports for internal stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-5 years of experience in finance & accounting role (CA Intermediate or CA Articleship completed).
Strong knowledge of Tally ERP9 software.
Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel) for data analysis and reporting purposes.
Handling site management, vendor coordination, people management.
