Shift Timings

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Record Keeping: Manage all accounting transactions, maintain the

general ledger, and ensure accuracy in financial records.

• Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual

financial statements, budgets, and reports; analyze financial data and provide

recommendations.

• Banking and Cash Management: Process online payments and bank statements,

perform bank reconciliations, manage daily cash flow, and handle treasury duties.

• Compliance and Auditing: Ensure compliance with national and international

financial regulations, assist with internal and external audits, and manage tax

planning and preparation.

• Financial Advisory: Provide expert financial advice, help with financial

transactions, and support strategic decisions related to mergers, acquisitions, and

financial strategy.

• Reconciliation: Review and reconcile accounts payable, accounts receivable, and

general ledger accounts for accuracy.

• Collaboration: Liaise with clients, vendors, auditors, and other internal

departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information.

Qualifications and skills

• Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) designation or equivalent qualification; a

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is standard.

• Experience: Proven experience in accounting and finance, with specific experience

in general ledger accounting and the banking sector highly desirable.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in computerised accounting systems and financial

software.

• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze financial data, identify discrepancies,

and provide strategic recommendations.

• Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills, strong

organizational, and time management abilities.
