About the Role

We are seeking an experienced C++ Developer to join our growing software engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in object-oriented programming, UI/GUI development, and multithreading, along with a passion for writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance C++ applications.

• Implement UI/GUI features and ensure an intuitive user experience.

• Work on multi-threaded and concurrent programming tasks to ensure scalability and responsiveness.

• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, Product, and Design for end-to-end feature development.

• Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code following best practices.

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4–7 years of professional experience in C++ software development.

• Strong command of C++ (C++11/14/17), STL, and OOP principles.

• Proven expertise in UI/GUI development using frameworks such as Qt, MFC, or similar.

• Hands-on experience in multithreading and concurrent programming.

• Proficiency in debugging, memory management, and performance optimization.

• Strong understanding of software design patterns and data structures.

Good to Have (Preferred Skills)

• Experience with cross-platform development (Windows/Linux).

• Familiarity with network programming or real-time applications.

• Exposure to CI/CD, Git, and Agile development environments.

• Basic knowledge of Python or other scripting languages for automation.
