  to support system development and troubleshooting.


• Enhance existing functionalities and troubleshoot

  complex technical issues

  .

• Lead or participate in

  BY WMS implementations across multiple geographies

  , ensuring smooth configuration, testing, and deployment.


• Plan and execute

  BY WMS upgrades

  , ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

• Manage various stages of

  product development, application migration, infrastructure management, and application integration

  .


• Perform

  functional and technical gap analysis

  and recommend optimal migration and integration strategies.

• Conduct testing of

  client-server and web-based applications

  , ensuring alignment with

  customer requirements

  .


• Prepare

  test deliverables and defect logs

  for high-quality deployments.


• Collaborate closely with

  development and technical support teams

  to resolve quality issues.

• Provide

  functional and technical support

  to clients, ensuring

  critical incident resolution within SLA

  .


• Conduct

  root cause analysis

  and implement corrective actions to

  improve system performance

  .

• Act as the

  primary point of contact

  for clients, gathering business requirements and providing

  technical consultancy

  .


• Translate business requirements into

  detailed functional and technical specifications

  .


• Prepare and maintain comprehensive

  documentation

  , including

  Business Process Procedures, Configuration Guides, and Functional Specifications

  .

• Strong experience in BY WMS development

  , including MOCA commands, SQL, and integration tools.



• Proficiency in SQL queries

  for data analysis, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.


• Experience in

  implementing, upgrading, and migrating BY WMS solutions

  .


• Knowledge of

  warehouse operations, supply chain processes, and best practices

  .


• Strong

  problem-solving and debugging

  skills.


• Excellent

  client-facing and communication

  skills.
