As a Concierge Hub Operations Manager at BuyerForesight Events Concierge (BEC) Team, your role will involve managing the R&D and event planning aspects within the Concierge Hub sub-division. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the efficient operation of the concierge department by maintaining quality standards, addressing potential issues, managing team performance, and fostering partnerships for the success and profitability of the company. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Quality Assurance** - Conduct regular quality assessments across all segments of the concierge function to ensure accuracy and recency of information. - Develop and maintain quality standards and protocols in line with defined SLAs. - Provide feedback and training to team members for continuous improvement. - Collaborate with stakeholders to implement enhancements. - **Team Management** - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to concierge activities. - Identify trends and patterns in activity data to optimize processes. - Conduct performance reviews, offer constructive feedback, and oversee professional development. - Proactively monitor operations to address potential issues and risks. - **Escalation Management** - Develop strategies and protocols to mitigate risks and ensure uninterrupted service. - Serve as the first point of contact for resolving escalated issues and complaints. - Implement measures to prevent recurring issues and enhance customer satisfaction. **Qualifications Required:** - 8-10 years of experience in concierge services, hospitality management, event management, or travel/event operations. - Ability to work in global requirements across multiple time zones with a multicultural team in a high-pressure environment. - Proficiency in Google Workspace/Drive, Zoom Conference, and Microsoft Office. - Strong analytical skills to derive insights from data. - Prior experience in managing teams of at least 5 individuals.
