Skills Required:

• BTECH Mechanical with 3 to 5+ years in buying process pref from Auto / Manufacturing.

• Deep understanding and professional experience with Sourcing Process in direct material
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Excellent negotiation, customer service and consulting skills
• Strong market knowledge and experience in working direct procurement
• Basic Understanding of working on leading platform like KBM (AS400) SAP Ariba etc. will be an added advantage

• Determine the purchasing needs of the organization. Work with other parts of the organization and respective stakeholders to take orders from within the organization in direct material
• Conduct the sourcing events (RFP/RFI/RFQ/RFS) on behalf of client buying team
• Support the Negotiation between client and vendors to get the best possible pricing and payment options.
• Support the Client Buyers in sourcing process activities like Bid, award, and administer project supply, services, and subcontracts and purchase orders to suppliers.
• Responsible for procurement management related activities in direct procurement. Assist in the receipt of purchased materials and services, and keep detailed records of purchases and stocks. Carefully monitor deliveries and any past due shipments
• Working with internal teams like design, engineering, and production to understand needs and ensure alignment.
• Monitoring inventory levels, analyzing shortages, and working to minimize excess or obsolete stock. Assist in supplier negotiations and ensure pricing, delivery, and quality align with expectations
• Build relationships with suppliers and manage their performance. Conduct routine supplier business reviews, evaluating supplier performance and compliance
