You will be joining a premier staffing service specializing in placing top-tier residential staff, organizing high-end events, and providing expert staff training for private and corporate clients. Your role will be at our Faridabad (Delhi NCR), Mumbai, Goa, or Bangalore locations, where you will bring your 3-10 years of leadership experience in luxury hotels, preferably as a Butler or House Manager. Your responsibilities will include overseeing staffing operations, assisting clients in hiring top-tier residential staff, coordinating training programs, and leading the team to deliver excellence. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist high-profile clients in hiring the best residential and corporate staff. - Lead and manage staffing operations to ensure smooth placement and service delivery. - Oversee and coordinate staff training programs at clients" residences and corporate settings. - Work closely with the team to ensure all client requirements are met in a timely manner. - Support event planning and execution for private and corporate clients. - Maintain records, documentation, and reports related to staffing and client services. - Motivate and guide the team to uphold high service standards. **Qualifications & Skills:** - 3-10 years of leadership experience in luxury hotels. - Previous experience as a Butler or House Manager is preferred. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent client service and relationship management abilities. - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). - A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
