Job Overview:

We are looking for an active, growth-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Development Executive. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, and closing deals for our digital marketing services.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and follow up on business leads

Meet potential clients and explain our services

Achieve sales targets and report performance

Collaborate with internal team to ensure client satisfaction

Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients

Requirements:

Good communication skills in English (Hindi is an added advantage)

Tiruppur-based candidates preferred

Self-motivated and target-driven

Professional, friendly, and team-collaborative

Passionate about growth and sales

Basic understanding of digital marketing is a plus

Salary & Benefits:

Base Pay: ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 (based on experience)

Performance-Based Incentives: High commission on each client closure
