Crystal Furnitech – Sales Manager (Hardware / Mattress Industry)

Location: Nagpur

Compensation: (As per the Experience )

Key Responsibilities:**

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet ROI and profitability goals
Manage product‑wise sales and dealer network expansion
Appoint and oversee dealers/distributors; ensure timely payments and relationship building
Conduct competitor analysis and maintain market knowledge in hardware/furniture/mattress segments

Requirements:

BA/Marketing or related degree
5–12 years experience in hardware or mattress sales
Strong negotiation, networking, and communication skills
In‑depth product/market awareness; track record of driving high sales
