Action Frames Media LLP is a cutting-edge post-production studio specializing in color grading, film conforming, and final delivery for feature films, web series, music videos, and commercials. With a focus on visual excellence and storytelling, we collaborate with top filmmakers and production houses across India. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive who can help us grow our clientele in the film and entertainment space. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the film, TV, and digital content space. Build and maintain strong relationships with production houses, cinematographers, directors, and producers. Pitch and promote our color grading and post-production services to potential clients. Attend industry networking events, film festivals, and meetings to create leads. Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery. Create and present proposals, quotes, and service packages tailored to client needs. Meet monthly targets for lead generation, project acquisition, and revenue growth. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Media, Marketing, Business, or related fields. 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales in the media/entertainment industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Passion for cinema and visual storytelling. Familiarity with post-production workflows (especially color grading) is a plus.
