Urban Company is looking to hire (contractual) for the Painting Category with a chance to become Category Manager for High Performer.

This will be a very high ownership role where you will be directly involved in Revenue generation for the category via owning sales for the category. If this is something that drives you, and are looking to grow further, we do offer Full Time employment opportunity as Category Manager for High Performers from this role.

Key responsibilities:

- Handle day to day sales operations (Not your typical Sales, but a very strategy driven)

- Develop relationship with service partners to help in easier sales closure

- Data Tracking and sales insights (would be a plus)

- Good communication skills, problem solving and stakeholder management.

- Candidates with prior Sales experience preferred

- Immediate Joiner

- Fluency in English & Hindi (a must)

- 6 Days Work Week

- Must have a laptop

- Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 3,25,000
