As a Business Value Architect Sr. Director at NTT DATA, your role involves supporting complex, strategic, and multi-million-dollar pursuits by engaging with CxO and business leaders, understanding clients" business strategies and challenges, and developing transformation hypotheses. Your responsibilities include: - Connecting industry/business priorities to transformation - Conducting internal and external research on clients" strategies, challenges, and objectives - Analyzing clients" business processes, KPIs, and ROIs - Developing transformation hypotheses, engagement strategies, and business cases - Creating a reusable library of assets, models, and frameworks - Acting as a trusted advisor to clients" business leaders - Collaborating across multi-solution and cross-functional teams to align proposed solutions with customers" goals - Presenting business solutions to clients and stakeholders effectively Qualifications required for this role include: - 12 years of IT Services or Business Consulting experience - 7 years of experience in business value consulting, business analysis, or similar roles - Knowledge of technology modernization and transformation concepts - Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance; Manufacturing, Commercial, and/or Healthcare industries - Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, or related field Preferred Qualifications: - Certification in business value analysis or related field - MBA NTT DATA is a $30 billion global innovator of business and technology services, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
