Job Description

As a Transformation associate at J.P. Morgan Personal Investing, you will be part of a flat-structure organization within the International Consumer Bank. Your role involves delivering end-to-end cutting-edge solutions in the form of cloud-native microservices architecture applications using the latest technologies and industry best practices. You will play a key role in designing and architecting solutions, while also focusing on the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) stages. Your responsibilities include: - Collaborating with project managers and team leaders to support the planning and execution of transformation initiatives. - Conducting data analysis to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable insights for decision-making. - Assisting in the development and implementation of change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new processes. - Monitoring project progress, tracking key performance indicators, and preparing regular reports for stakeholders. - Facilitating workshops and meetings to gather input, share updates, and align teams on project goals and objectives. - Supporting the development of training materials and communication plans to educate employees on new processes and systems. - Implementing responsible AI practices, including data privacy, fairness, and explainability. - Coding for data analysis, machine learning, and automation tasks. - Identifying potential risks and issues related to transformation projects and collaborating with teams to develop mitigation strategies. - Staying informed about industry trends and best practices in transformation and change management. Qualifications required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. - 2+ years of experience in project management, business analysis, or a similar role. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams. - Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello). - Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Preferred qualifications: - Experience with change management methodologies and practices is a plus.
