Business Transformation Associate

As a Transformation associate at J.P. Morgan Personal Investing, you will be part of a flat-structure organization within the International Consumer Bank. Your role involves delivering end-to-end cutting-edge solutions in the form of cloud-native microservices architecture applications using the latest technologies and industry best practices. You will play a key role in designing and architecting solutions, while also focusing on the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) stages. Qualifications required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. - 2+ years of experience in project management, business analysis, or a similar role. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams. - Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello). - Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
