Business Transformation Associate

As a Transformation Associate at JPMorgan Chase within the International Consumer Bank, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end cutting-edge solutions in the form of cloud-native microservices architecture applications, leveraging the latest technologies and best industry practices. Your role will involve being part of a flat-structure organization and contributing to the design and architecture of solutions across the entire SDLC lifecycle stages. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with project managers and team leaders to support the planning and execution of transformation initiatives. - Conduct data analysis to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable insights for decision-making. - Assist in developing and implementing change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new processes. - Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and prepare regular reports for stakeholders. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input, share updates, and align teams on project goals. - Support the development of training materials and communication plans to educate employees on new processes. - Implement responsible AI practices, including data privacy, fairness, and explainability. - Code for data analysis, machine learning, and automation tasks. - Identify potential risks and issues related to transformation projects and work on mitigation strategies. - Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in transformation and change management. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. - 2+ years of experience in project management, business analysis, or a similar role. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams. - Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello). - Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
