Description
The Advisor Technology Solutions team is dedicated to creating exceptional experiences for clients and advisors by leveraging technology and aligning with our enterprise strategy. We have a holistic approach to providing end-to-end experiences that bridge the gap between business strategy and successful execution, ensuring the delivery of desired business outcomes. In this role, you will play a crucial part in agile teams that are responsible for delivering new solutions and enhancing key capabilities for our customers. As a liaison between business architects, designers, product owners, and technology teams, you will be instrumental in identifying product requirements, translating them into user stories, and conducting user acceptance testing to ensure the achievement of desired business outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with product and business owners to develop, refine, and document requirements in the form of user stories and acceptance criteria for feature development prioritization. - Participate in agile scrum team ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily standups, sprint retrospectives, and demos. - Advocate for a customer-centric culture and lead by example in promoting a Customer Experience-centric approach across the organization. - Assist in system design in collaboration with engineering teams to ensure alignment with business needs and user experience. - Conduct user acceptance and regression testing to ensure product quality. - Identify potential solutions for business needs, provide input on issues or risks, and communicate requirement/scope issues with stakeholders. - Develop expertise in systems, processes, and data related to the assigned business or project. - Establish and maintain effective relationships with technology teams and business partners, educating them on system capabilities and feasibility of specific solutions. - Act as a liaison between internal and external business stakeholders, technical organizations, PMO, and operational areas to drive stakeholder buy-in and support for initiatives. Required Qualifications: - 7-10 years of hands-on experience as a Business Systems Analyst with software applications. - Proficiency in Agile delivery and tools such as Jira, Confluence, Word, Excel, and Visio. - Knowledge of Requirement collection and User Story logic, experience with Jira is a plus. - Experience in creating and maintaining backlogs and working with stakeholders across different functions. - Excellent communication and analytical skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in the financial services industry or similar highly regulated environments.
