Role & responsibilities

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years as a Business Systems Analyst, Functional Analyst, or Integration Analyst.
Proven expertise in writing functional specs for SAP and non-SAP system integrations, with strong middleware orientation.
Deep understanding of integration patternsAPIs, IDocs, EDI, queues, file-based transfers, synchronous/asynchronous flows, and message orchestration.
Strong ability to translate business processes into clear, scalable, and testable functional designs.
Experience leading and collaborating with global onsite/offshore teams across multiple time zones.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and drive clarity in complex environments.
