Job Description

Purpose of the Role:

We are seeking a motivated Business Support Executive to assist in sales coordination, reporting, and inter-departmental activities. The role involves budget tracking, event coordination, sample management, and supporting overall business operations. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with all inter-departments to support smooth business operations.
  • Coordinate the preparation of annual sales budgets and track monthly performance of each salesperson against their targets.
  • Schedule meetings with internal teams (ABC); prepare minutes of meetings and circulate them to all stakeholders.
  • Coordinate planning, participation, and follow-ups for various exhibitions.
  • Manage and distribute corporate gifts during festivals and special occasions.
  • Maintain and track sample reports – samples sent to customers and received from suppliers; attend weekly sample meetings.
  • Coordinate with sales team members to collect feedback on customer samples, update approval/rejection status, and share reports accordingly.
  • Liaise with media agencies, ensuring timely sharing of required internal information for marketing and communication activities.
  • Track and ensure business-related internal meetings are conducted on schedule by the concerned teams; maintain meeting matrix records.
  • Extracting of product data from imports and exports site (training would be provided)
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the CEO or CMO within the scope of the role.

Qualifications & Skills-

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in sales support, business operations, or coordination roles
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of ERP/CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Positive, proactive, and eager to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
