Role Description — Strategic Partner (Growth & Creative Strategy)

We’re looking for a Strategic Partner — someone who understands that stories create value, relationships build growth, and creativity drives business.

This is not a typical sales role.

This is about building partnerships, leading conscious conversations, and bridging the gap between a brand’s vision and the stories that bring it to life.

What You’ll Do

• Lead

  Growth Meetings

  with potential clients to understand their brand, vision, and challenges beyond the brief.
• Build meaningful partnerships — not transactions — by connecting business objectives to creative solutions.
• Collaborate with our production, creative, and marketing teams to shape proposals, concepts, and pitches.
• Identify emerging opportunities and categories where visual storytelling can create genuine impact.
• Maintain client relationships, follow up ethically, and ensure alignment through transparent communication.
• Create monthly performance and growth reports with measurable insights.
• Represent Twitchy Thought Creations at events, industry forums, and collaborations.

• Understand the power of storytelling and how it can shape perception, build brands, and drive business.
• Are relationship-driven, not target-driven.
• Have experience in business development, creative strategy, or client partnerships (2–5 years).
• Are empathetic, values-aligned, and confident in your communication.
• Stay updated with new tools, formats, and creative technologies.
• Believe in ethical growth — built on trust, collaboration, and vision.
