We're Hiring: Assistant Content Producer 🟠 Experience: 1–2 years 🟠 Location: Mumbai (on-ground shoots + collaborative office culture) 🟠 Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month ( ) 🟠 Availability: Immediate preferred At Twitchy Thought Creations , we don’t just produce videos — we tell stories that stay. We’re looking for someone who can create with intention , lead with curiosity , and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty — literally (on-ground shoots) and creatively (concept-to-edit)! The Role: Asst Content Producer You’ll be part of a small but mighty team that ideates, shoots, produces, and publishes content across digital formats. Whether it’s a recipe reel, a founder story, or a vox-pop — your energy, ideas, and execution will shape what we ship. You’d be a great fit if: You can shoot with a DSLR or a phone and make it work — angle, light, frame, and vibe ( Min experience of an year or few projects is important ) You understand content formats for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc. You’re obsessed with storytelling — scripting, mood boarding, referencing and open to learn. You enjoy working with editors, designers, and talent — and can lead a project from pre to post. You’re not afraid to experiment, fail, and fail better . You’re aware of trends but know how to create timeless work too. You value timelines and team spirit equally. You’re okay with feedback and even better with self-reflection.
