Your role as a full-time Business Relationship Officer based in Haliyal will involve managing business relationships, delivering customized financial services, and offering risk mitigation solutions. You will work closely with rural households, providing support with productivity tools for farms and micro-enterprises, and facilitating growth through advisory services. Effective communication and top-notch customer service skills are crucial for excelling in this role. To thrive in this position, you should possess skills in lead generation, sales closing, and marketing. Strong communication abilities, coupled with excellent customer service skills, are paramount. Prior experience in sales is preferred, and the ability to work in the field in Haliyal is a must. Your success will also depend on your exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills. Any familiarity with rural market dynamics and household-centric solutions would be considered a definite advantage. A Bachelor's degree is required to qualify for this position.
