As a Business Relationship Manager (BRM), your primary responsibility is to foster and maintain positive relationships between the organization and its clients or business partners.
This role requires a combination of strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of both the organization's objectives and the needs of its clients or partners. Key Responsibilities:- Build and cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with clients or business partners.- Work closely with clients or partners to understand their business processes and challenges.- Act as a bridge between the organization and clients or partners, ensuring clear and effective communication.- Facilitate collaboration and coordinate efforts between internal teams and external stakeholders also be the part of CSR activity . - Identify new business opportunities and areas for expansion.- Act as a point of contact for escalations and work towards finding solutions that benefit both parties.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).- Proven experience in relationship management, business development, or a related role.- Strong understanding of the industry and market dynamics.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.- Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally.- Results-driven with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
