Business Relationship Executive

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Relationship Executive (Counselor) to guide prospective students in selecting the right courses and programs, while maintaining strong relationships with leads and ensuring conversions. The role combines consultative counseling with relationship management to achieve enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel and guide students on academic programs, course structures, eligibility criteria, and career opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective students through calls, emails, and follow-ups.
• Understand student requirements and recommend appropriate programs to match their goals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment/conversion targets.
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, leads, and enrollments in the CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, academic, operations) to ensure a smooth student onboarding process.
• Participate in promotional activities such as webinars, workshops, and education fairs when required.
• Provide excellent post-enrollment support to ensure student satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (Education/Management background preferred).
• 0–1 years of experience in counseling, business development, or customer-facing roles (freshers with strong communication skills can also apply).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to handle targets and work under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
