Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Business Relationship Executive (Counselor Profile) who will be responsible for connecting with prospective students, understanding their needs, and guiding them to choose the right academic programs offered by our institute.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective students via calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Understand student requirements and guide them on course details, admission process, and eligibility.
• Maintain relationships with potential leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Convert leads into admissions by effectively communicating the benefits of programs.
• Maintain CRM data and prepare regular reports on inquiries and follow-ups.
• Work closely with the admissions and marketing teams to meet enrollment targets.
• Provide accurate information about courses, pricing, financing options, etc.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain relationships.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Good negotiation and convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge
• Graduation in any field

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
