Project Role Description :

Analyzes, develops, and improves workflows. Identifies inefficiencies in existing processes and proposes solutions to optimize effectiveness. Collaborates with business users to identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases. Design continuous monitoring and feedback collection to help them refine processes over time.

Should be a GraduateSummary: As a Business Process Designer, you will analyze, develop, and improve workflows. You will identify inefficiencies in existing processes and propose solutions to optimize effectiveness. Collaborating with business users, you will identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases. Additionally, you will design continuous monitoring and feedback collection to help refine processes over time. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into process designs. - Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement. - Develop and document detailed process maps and workflows. - Propose and implement process optimization strategies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure process alignment and efficiency. - Provide guidance and support to junior team members. - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business process design. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with process automation tools. - Strong understanding of business process analysis and design principles. - Experience in identifying and implementing process improvement initiatives. - Knowledge of industry-standard process modeling techniques and tools. - Familiarity with business process management (BPM) software. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A graduate degree is required., Should be a Graduate
