Summary:As a Business Process Designer, you will engage in a dynamic environment where your primary focus will be on analyzing, developing, and enhancing workflows. A typical day involves collaborating with various business users to identify inefficiencies in existing processes, proposing innovative solutions, and designing mechanisms for continuous monitoring and feedback collection. Your role will be pivotal in refining processes over time, ensuring that they align with organizational goals and enhance overall effectiveness.

  • Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.- Good To Have

  • Experience with A&D Commercial Aerospace.- Strong analytical skills to assess and improve business processes.- Ability to create detailed documentation and process maps.- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
    Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.- This position is based at our Pune office.- A 15 years full time education is required.Qualification
