Sales Profile – Inbound & Outbound Calls

Key Responsibilities:

Inbound Calls:

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and services.
• Provide personalized solutions to customer needs.
• Handle complaints and resolve issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Upsell and cross-sell relevant products during service calls.

Outbound Calls:

• Reach out to potential leads and existing customers to promote products or services.
• Conduct follow-up calls for lead nurturing and sales closure.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress.
• Achieve or exceed daily and monthly call and conversion targets.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• CRM and lead management software (Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
• Customer relationship management
• Target-driven and result-oriented approach
• Problem-solving and objection handling

Performance Metrics:

• Call-to-sale conversion ratio
• Average handling time (AHT)
• Daily call volume (inbound/outbound)
• Customer satisfaction score (CSAT)
• Revenue or sales quota achievement

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
