Business Process Analyst - Senior

As a Telecoms Business Consultant - Senior at EY GDS Consulting, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in shaping innovative solutions for telecom clients, acting as their trusted advisor in transformation. You will work on projects globally, serving a wide spectrum of clients in the telecommunications industry. Your responsibilities will include creating a market for EY offerings, generating new leads, managing project teams, and assisting client organizations in addressing their complex business challenges. **Key Responsibilities:** - Apply expertise in structured problem solving, business analysis, analytics, design thinking, and lean process improvement to enhance clients" profitability and operational performance. - Conduct workshops and stakeholder meetings to evaluate current processes, perform gap analysis, design future processes, and recommend changes for implementation. - Gather, identify, and document business requirements, creating functional specifications for new systems and processes. - Analyse B2C/B2B customer segments for growth opportunities and new projects. - Oversee transformation projects, including managing technology vendors and client stakeholders. - Lead clients through change management, ensuring effective transitions and adoption of new strategies and technologies. - Support sales efforts for new and existing clients, including proposal creation and client meeting participation. - Build and sustain strong client relationships, establishing yourself as a go-to advisor for migration and transformation projects. - Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies to enhance telecom transformation efforts. - Engage in thought leadership and business development activities. **Qualifications Required:** - Consultant with a minimum of 5+ years of proven experience in Telecoms Consulting. - Strong understanding of telecom value chain, Lead to Cash, Trouble to Resolve, Assurance, OSS processes, Network Inventory Management, and Billing. - TM Forum eTOM, ODA certifications are preferable. - Experience in OSS/BSS domain delivery and implementation. - Proficiency in process design at various levels and familiarity with agile methodologies. - Exceptional communication and facilitation skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and prioritize tasks to exceed client expectations.
