The Assistant Manager Business Planning will support the organizations transformation into a globally competitive IT services center by driving data-driven analysis, business performance tracking, and strategy execution. This role bridges business planning and elements of business strategy, ensuring operational efficiency, governance compliance, and alignment with Hyundai Motor Group’s (HMG) global standards.Qualifications & Experience:
MBA / PGDM in Business Analytics, Finance, Strategy, or related field.
5–7 years’ experience in business planning/strategy/operations in an IT services company.Exposure to global delivery models and governance frameworks preferred.Knowledge of financial planning, SLA management, and compliance standards is a plus.Key Responsibilities: 1.
