Job Summary

• Manage and oversee multiple concurrent IT and digital transformation projects, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and regulatory timelines.
• Drive project governance processes, including milestone tracking, dependency management, and issue escalation.
• Align digital initiatives with business strategy, providing structured oversight and risk mitigation throughout the project lifecycle.

Cross-functional Coordination

• Collaborate with Technology, Operations, Compliance, Product, and Vendor teams to ensure cohesive project execution.
• Facilitate project reviews and decision-making forums to resolve issues and maintain alignment across stakeholders.
• Communicate project goals, progress, risks, and impacts clearly to senior leadership.

Resource Planning & Performance Monitoring

• Work with department heads to plan and optimize resource allocation across initiatives.
• Maintain dashboards and project KPIs to monitor delivery performance, budget adherence, and process efficiency.

Business Planning & Technical Analysis

• Contribute to annual and quarterly planning cycles, supporting budgeting, forecasting, and digital roadmap development.
• Analyze internal operations and emerging capital market trends to inform planning decisions and prioritize initiatives.
• Bridge business and technology by translating technical insights into actionable business outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills

• MBA

  from a reputed institution.
• Minimum

  4 years of project management experience

  , including handling multiple technical projects simultaneously.
• Proven exposure to

  capital markets

  , asset management, or financial services environments.
• Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile/Scrum) are preferred.
