Business Planning Manager

As a Business Planning Manager based in Pan India, you will be responsible for designing and implementing resource requirements or proposing new modeling solutions in response to client issues or additional work stream requests. Your role will involve identifying behavioral operational issues/trends that impact profitability and working with General Managers to develop continuous improvement strategies. You will collaborate with General Managers, Operations Managers, and Clients to analyze client-specific information and improve business efficiency through better resource utilization. Your duties will include managing a team of Planning specialists, ensuring high-quality output, formulating budget assumptions and resource requirements for clients, authorizing planning aspects for accurate billing, and attending client workshops to provide feedback on improving customer journeys and services. Additionally, you will be accountable for staffing/seating requirements, redeployment of staff between units, and ensuring scheduling accuracy. To excel in this role, you should possess strong analytical and organizational skills, proficiency in time management, and the ability to work independently, problem solve, handle multiple tasks, and prioritize responsibilities effectively. Your expertise in business planning, resource planning, workforce management, and detail-oriented planning will be crucial for success in this position. The company operates in the ITES/BPO/KPO industry, and the role requires a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Commerce. This is a full-time, permanent position with a focus on delivering calls from clients and managing commercial deals effectively.
