Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Ahmadnagar as part of the Business Opportunity team. The role involves providing guidance to women in exploring and pursuing business opportunities, helping develop business strategies, and delivering essential training programs. The candidate will also coordinate with internal teams to design and manage skill-building workshops and provide mentorship to participants.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Business Strategy, Project Management, and Business Development
• Experience or aptitude in Mentorship, Leadership, and Team Coordination
• Excellent Communication, Interpersonal Skills, and Organizational Abilities
• Proficiency in Program Design, Training Delivery, and Impact Assessment
• Commitment to empowering women and creating opportunities for their growth
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Work, or related field is preferred
• Experience in working with women-focused initiatives or non-profit organizations is a plus
