The job is located in Pune and the main responsibilities include performing daily operational activities such as creating projects, contracts, and sales orders. It is crucial to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of project and contract workflow promotion/delivery. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office, and be proficient in using Excel formulas like Pivot Table, V-lookup, and other basic formulas. Timely sales order creation within the SLA is essential, along with tracking contracts and following up in case of partially funded contracts. Strong analytical skills, understanding of numbers, and knowledge of different project billing models like Fixed Bid, T&M, Milestone-based, and managed services are required. Monthly close activities such as completing all sales orders, collating all accruals, and following up with stakeholders are also part of the job responsibilities. The minimum job requirements include proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, good communication skills, and data analysis and presentation skills. The educational background preferred for this role is B.Com/M.Com, and the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience. ,
