Timing: Monday to Friday, 11am-8pm Location: ROOT 360, Teynampet, Chennai Salary: ₹20,000/month + performance-based incentives We’re looking for a confident, mature, and highly dependable Operations Head to be the face of ROOT 360— a holistic wellness studio rooted in movement, community, and care. Your Role: Be the point of contact for all walk-ins, phone enquiries and member escalations. Represent the brand with warmth, clarity, and professionalism at all times. Manage and coordinate with the team of coaches, admin staff, and housekeeping Handle scheduling, shift issues, and client communication with ease Act as a bridge between the team and the founder — owning daily operations end to end Engage new leads, convert inquiries, and contribute to growing the Route360 community You Are: A strong communicator with proficiency in English & Tamil Experienced (3–5 years) in operations, sales, or customer-facing roles A natural leader with the maturity to manage diverse personalities Skilled in conflict resolution, people management, and multitasking Tech-savvy, organized, and solution-oriented Passionate about wellness/fitness (bonus) Preference: Male candidates with prior experience in wellness, fitness, or hospitality sectors are encouraged to apply.
