Business Operations Head

Job Description: As an Associate Director Program Operations at Elevate Now, you will play a crucial role in leading program delivery. Your responsibilities will include building structure and efficiency into our care delivery engine, overseeing coaching, medical consultations, diagnostics, and member support. You will lead a high-performing team of managers and program associates, collaborating closely with product, technology, and customer experience functions to ensure smooth execution and consistently high outcomes for our members. Key Responsibilities: - Own and lead end-to-end program operations, ensuring high-quality delivery of flagship and trial programs. - Build, refine, and scale processes, SOPs, and metrics to enhance efficiency and ensure operational excellence. - Manage and mentor a team of managers and program associates, fostering accountability and driving performance. - Collaborate with product, tech, and experience teams to identify gaps, streamline workflows, and enhance member outcomes. - Drive renewals, referrals, and escalations to boost retention and member satisfaction. - Track KPIs across program delivery and develop dashboards/reports for leadership visibility. - Ensure compliance with quality standards and support continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Required: - 7-10 years of experience in program management or operations, preferably in a startup or fast-growth environment. - Demonstrated track record of leading teams, scaling operations, and delivering measurable results. - Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making and improvements. - Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and leadership skills. - A self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and capable of establishing systems from scratch. - Experience in health-tech or healthcare startups is advantageous, though not mandatory.
