Why We Need You

We're growing fast and need someone to:

  1. Provide quick business insights.
  2. Track weekly progress of initiatives across teams.
  3. Ensure follow-ups and actions from growth meetings are completed.

You'll keep data, decisions, and execution alignedessentially being the glue that drives growth.

What You’ll Do

1) Data & Insights

  • Maintain a clear view of business development: who’s buying, from which industries, and via which channels.
  • Build simple, self-serve dashboards for leadership (e.g., revenue/leads trends).
  • Track content performance and suggest what works best.
  • Standardize definitions (lead, MQL, SQL, opportunity, win), clean pipelines, and check data quality monthly.

2) Program Management (PMO)

  • Maintain a weekly tracker of all initiatives (BD plays, new services, content plans, process improvements).
  • Send a Friday snapshot with updates: what moved, what slipped, blockers, and owner-by-owner next steps.
  • Escalate issues smartly and ensure outcomes are delivered.

3) Growth Meeting Support

  • Attend marketing, sales, and discovery prep meetings with the Director.
  • Take clear notes with owners, deadlines, and next steps within 24 hours.
  • Drive follow-ups across stakeholders and keep dashboards updated.

4) Client/Prospect Engagement

  • Track outreach across account managers.
  • Produce monthly engagement heatmaps showing who’s engaged, who’s cold, and potential risks.
  • Suggest next steps (content, cadence, actions) by segment/role.

Must-Have Skills

  • Analytics:

    Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (pivots, lookups, array formulas), plus one BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio).
  • Program Management:

    Strong follow-up skills and ability to work with multiple senior stakeholders.
  • Communication:

    Clear notes, action-oriented summaries, and escalation skills.
  • Problem-Solving:

    Turn vague questions into clear answers quickly.

Good-to-Have Skills

  • RevOps/CRM: Experience with HubSpot or Salesforce (pipelines, reporting, data hygiene).
  • Experience in consulting, legal tech, or IP analytics.
  • Python for data handling and light automation.
  • Marketing analytics (UTMs, content attribution) and sales ops knowledge.
  • Understanding of service-line P&L and pricing.

Education

  • Preferred: B.Tech/BE (any branch) or B.Sc. (Stats/Math/Economics)
  • MBA/PGDM in Analytics/Operations/Marketing is a plus but not mandatory

Tools You’ll Use

Google Sheets/Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau/Looker Studio, HubSpot/Salesforce, internal task hub

How You’ll Work

  • Take ownership and act proactively.
  • Comfortable “managing up” and nudging busy leaders with data and deadlines.
  • Simplify complex processes and make them transparent.
