Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor Team Leaders to ensure productivity and quality.Manage team performance and resource allocation.Oversee client operations and ensure timely deliverables.Maintain and update SOPs for efficient workflows.Drive learning and continuous improvement across teams.Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CMA or equivalentExcellent communication and team management skills are a must.
