Position: Operations Executive

Location: Faridabad

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our team. This role involves a wide range of responsibilities including research, MIS (Management Information System) management, customer service, coordination of online events, and liaising with vendors/suppliers. We are looking for a professional who is self-driven and can work independently, while contributing to team goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research & Data Management: Conduct research and assist in compiling relevant data for business operations.

• MIS Reporting: Maintain and update MIS reports regularly, ensuring data accuracy and timely submission to the management.

• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries and resolving issues efficiently.

• Event Coordination: Plan and execute online events, ensuring smooth operations.

• Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to maintain business relationships and ensure timely delivery of products/services.

• Project execution

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Minimum of a Graduate degree in any discipline.

• Strong analytical and research skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for MIS management.

• Prior experience in customer service and vendor coordination is a plus.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• High level of professionalism and self-discipline.

Additional Information:

• Salary: ( 2 – 5 lakh/per annum) .Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.

• Age no bar; open to candidates from all age groups, provided they are fully professional.
