Job Description

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for EV financing products. • Generate leads through dealer engagement and direct customer interactions. • Manage relationships with EV dealers, OEMs, and channel partners to maximize business. • Guide customers through the financing process, ensuring clear communication of terms, EMIs, and product benefits. • Coordinate with credit, operations, and collections teams for smooth loan disbursals. • Maintain and expand customer database within assigned territory. • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor offerings, and new opportunities. • Ensure compliance with company policies, KYC, and regulatory requirements. • Provide regular MIS reports and updates to management on sales performance.
