Job Role: Business Office Administrator (Remote, USA Central Time Zone)

We are seeking a Business Office Administrator to support the daily administrative operations of our 10 properties. The candidate must be based in India but able to work in alignment with USA Central Time Zone hours.



Salary:


Responsibilities:

  • Handle administrative tasks across multiple properties.
  • Prepare and manage reports using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Communicate effectively with property managers and the corporate team.
  • Support operational workflows and maintain organized documentation.
  • Training will be provided.

Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal).
  • Basic knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
