Job Role: Business Office Administrator (Remote, USA Central Time Zone) We are seeking a Business Office Administrator to support the daily administrative operations of our 10 properties. The candidate must be based in India but able to work in alignment with USA Central Time Zone hours.  Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month Responsibilities: Handle administrative tasks across multiple properties. Prepare and manage reports using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Communicate effectively with property managers and the corporate team. Support operational workflows and maintain organized documentation. Training will be provided. Requirements: Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal). Basic knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Good communication and organizational skills. Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.

Job Role: CCTV Surveillance Associate (Hybrid, USA Central Time Zone) We are seeking a CCTV Surveillance Associate to support the daily surveillance of our 10 properties. The candidate must be based in India but able to work in alignment with USA Central Time Zone hours.  Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month Responsibilities Monitor live CCTV feeds across 10 properties to ensure safety and security. Identify, record, and report suspicious activities or incidents in real time. Maintain daily surveillance logs and prepare incident reports when required. Coordinate with on-site property staff or management during emergencies. Regularly test and ensure all surveillance systems are functioning properly. Assist in retrieving and reviewing past footage for investigations. Escalate technical or security concerns promptly to management. Requirements Based in India and available to work in USA Central Time Zone hours. Prior experience in security surveillance, monitoring, or related role preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to remain alert during long monitoring shifts. Proficiency in English (spoken and written) for clear reporting. Basic computer literacy and comfort with CCTV/security software. Reliable internet connection and suitable work environment for hybrid setup. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
