Business Manager - Supply Chain Finance

This role is for one of the Weekday's clients

Salary range: Rs 800000 - Rs 850000 (ie INR 8-8.5 LPA)

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive new client acquisitions and generate business opportunities within the Supply Chain Finance segment.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and corporate clients.
• Understand client requirements and structure tailored financing and working capital solutions.
• Consistently achieve individual acquisition and sales targets.
• Track market dynamics, industry trends, and competitor strategies to stay ahead in the segment.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless onboarding process and client satisfaction.
  

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Supply Chain Finance, Working Capital, or Vendor Financing acquisition.
• No gaps in education or employment; demonstrated consistency in past roles.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record in business development and client acquisition.
• Ability to assess client needs and offer appropriate financial solutions.
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced environment.
