Business Manager – Studio CKC (Women’s Boutique, Female Preferred)

Location: Ludhiana (On-site only)
Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹30,000 per month + performance incentives
Experience: 1–4 years (fashion retail, boutique, or e-commerce preferred)

About Studio CKC

Studio CKC (Chander Kala Creations) by Pankaj Thakur is a premium ethnic wear brand from Ludhiana, known for handcrafted unstitched suits, kurtis, and dupattas.
We are hiring a female business manager to handle store operations, customer coordination, and day-to-day management as we scale our brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily showroom operations and staff coordination
• Maintain inventory, SKUs, and product sheets
• Manage orders, packaging, and dispatch through Shopify, Interakt, and WhatsApp
• Assist customers in-store with styling and sales support
• Handle online queries via WhatsApp & Instagram
• Manage returns, refunds, and exchanges as per company policy
• Prepare daily/weekly sales and expense reports
• Coordinate photoshoots, new collections, and festive campaigns
• Liaise with vendors, delivery partners, and management

Who You Are

• Female candidate, age 25–40 years preferred
• Fluent in English, Hindi & Punjabi
• Smart, organized, and tech-savvy – comfortable using laptops, mobile apps, and digital tools
• Basic understanding of Excel, Google Sheets, or social media tools
• Experience in a boutique, designer store, or customer service role preferred
• Training on Shopify and Interakt will be provided, but willingness to learn is essential
