Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and persuasive individual to join our Public Program Sales team. This role involves reaching out to individual professionals and helping them discover the right Dale Carnegie course to achieve their personal and professional goals. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives on building meaningful conversations, understands peoples aspirations, and can effectively match them with the right training solution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively call and follow up with leads interested in public programs such as High Impact Presentations, Effective Communication, and Leadership Training for Managers
  • Understand individual needs, career goals, and challenges to recommend the most relevant course
  • Convert warm and cold leads into confirmed participants through consultative selling
  • Maintain CRM records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and program status
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales and outreach targets
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for timely program promotions and smooth participant onboarding
  • Provide accurate product information, pricing, and training schedules to prospective clients
  • Build long-term relationships with participants for referrals and repeat enrollments
