Roles & Responsibilities Sales & Business Development: Drive new business acquisition by identifying, prospecting, and securing new corporate clients. Achieve and exceed revenue targets through proactive client engagement and strategic sales efforts. Maintain a robust sales pipeline with a minimum of 50 accounts in various stages of the sales cycle. Conduct cold calling, lead generation, and social selling to establish new business opportunities. Consultative Selling & Solutioning: Conduct in-depth consultations with corporate clients, government entities, NGOs, and philanthropic organizations to understand their L&D, skilling, and compliance training needs. Analyze competency development gaps and recommend tailored learning solutions from the full suite of Dale Carnegie India / Walchand Plus solutions. Structure and negotiate high-value corporate deals with CXOs, CHROs, L&D heads, and business leaders . Propose diagnostics, assessments, and intervention strategies to address client challenges. Client Relationship Management & Key Account Growth: Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations. Manage existing accounts through continuous engagement, driving sales growth and repeat business. Implement a consultative approach to deepen partnerships and position Dale Carnegie India / Walchand Plus as the preferred learning solutions provider. Provide post-sales support and strategic account planning to maximize client lifetime value. Strategic Solution Development & Execution: Design and present bespoke learning pathways, combining in-person, online, and blended training formats. Leverage digital learning tools, assessments, and competency frameworks to enhance training effectiveness. Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction. Market Intelligence & Networking: Stay updated on industry trends, HR and talent development best practices, and evolving corporate learning needs. Actively participate in industry events, business forums, and networking groups to expand professional connections. aProposal Development & Project Management: Write and manage business proposals, ensuring clarity, alignment with client needs, and strategic positioning. Oversee the execution of client projects, coordinating with internal teams for seamless delivery. Ensure project economics and value-based pricing strategies are maintained for profitability.
