Business Manager - Sales & Design

You will be joining Casantro, a luxury kitchens and wardrobes brand based in Bangalore, with a rapidly expanding retail presence across India. As a Business Manager - Sales & Design, your role will involve managing the designing process for 12 to 15 projects per month with a team of 6 to 10 designers. You will be responsible for ensuring the team's design productivity by providing necessary training and facilitating design discussions. Your key responsibilities will include: - Understanding project requirements and quickly defining solutions - Managing design SOP and finding efficient solutions - Supervising and ensuring the productivity of a team of Designers - Customer Experience and Relationship Management - Training Designers on technical details as needed - Leading sales & design discussions and driving them to closure - Demonstrating a proactive and go-getter attitude To excel in this role, you should possess the following expertise and qualifications: - Bachelor's Qualification preferably in B.Arch., B.
