Business Manager - Sales & Design

As a Business Manager Sales & Design at Casantro, you will play a vital role in managing the designing process for 12 to 15 projects per month with a team of 6 to 10 designers. Your responsibilities will include: - Understanding requirements and defining solutions efficiently. - Managing design SOP and implementing effective solutions. - Ensuring the productivity and work output of the Designers" team. - Conducting sales & design discussions and leading them to closure. - Providing training to designers on technical details when necessary. Your expertise and qualifications should align with the following criteria: - Bachelor's Qualification preferably in B.Arch., B. Interior Design. - Masters/Specialization in Construction Planning Management, MBA, Design Management. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in Modular designs. - Experience in leading and delivering at least 10 Residential/Interior projects. - Strong understanding of design operations and project management principles.
