Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business strategies for Linac and software solutions across SEA markets
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategy
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions
• Manage sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics for the region
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and implementations
• Represent the company in industry conferences, forums, and client meetings
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on market development and growth

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Life Sciences, or related field
• 7–10 years of experience in business development, sales, or commercial management in the medical devices, healthcare, or software solutions sector
• Proven track record in sales, market expansion, and account management
• Strong understanding of Linac technology and software solutions is preferred
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Analytical and strategic thinking with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Ability to travel within the SEA region as required
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and market dynamics in SEA markets is an advantage
