The Business Manager is responsible for driving the revenue and profitability targets for the assigned product / business. Managing vendor relationships for effective planning, delivery and margins realization for the product, is key to the role holder. The role holder is the point of contact for resolution of all escalated issues related to the concerned product / business.
1. Responsible for achieving revenue targets (quarterly, annual) for the assigned product / business
2. Achieve profitability targets (quarterly, annual) for the assigned product / business
3. Manage relationships with vendors of the concerned product / business(for example, vendor distribution manager, vendor category manager, vendor sales team)
4. Manage interactions with key channel partners for the concerned product / business, in collaboration with the Field Sales team
5. Responsible for resolution of escalated issues pertaining to the concerned product / business.
